It's important to note that we can only initiate a claim for lost or missing parcels within the initial 14 days of the shipment. Therefore, if you notify us beyond this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Please Note, any orders returned to us due to refusal or non payment of import fee's may be subject to a re-stocking fee of £20 deducted from any subsequent refund.
